Cat Cleo

Cleo had been wandering in the street for 3 days according to a neighbour.   She found me one evening on the way to work as I was working night shifts.

I remember thinking that that if this cat was waiting in the same spot when I returned in morning, I would take her home.
At 8.00 the following morning, there she was!  I did not want to scare her so I did not picked her up but allowed her to follow me home.

I did not have any cats at the time, all I had in the fridge was ham for my lunch but I knew that she needed it more than me.  She was starving and very thirsty.

There were not reportings of a cat being missing so Cleo stayed.  She was a indoor cat, hardly went out and did not venture beyond the small garden.

Cleo loved to sleep on the bed and jump on the sofa for cuddles.  Her past is unknown but she did not enjoy being picked up.

A beautiful and loving cat that I had the pleasure to encounter and keep for 7 happy years.
